Infant Class Teacher
Job Title: Class Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for a class of Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 children, depending on their skills and experience.
Salary: Main Pay Scale – This position is suitable for an Early Career Teacher.
Contract: Fixed term contract for one year – To start Thursday 4th September 2025 until 31st August 2026.
Hours: Full-time

The Governing Body at Cavendish Close Infant and Nursery School are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated Class Teacher to join our dedicated team in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning in our school.

The successful candidate will be expected to work within a team of teachers and Teaching Assistants to develop exciting enquiry based learning opportunities. They will help to deliver a broad, well balanced and stimulating curriculum. They will plan and prepare meaningful activities to meet the needs of our children.
You will hold a recognised teaching qualification, have EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 classroom experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to teach at an outstanding level.
